3. Knowledge Enthrones, Education Enlightens. No matter your level of education, you must seek to gain additional knowledge. This is the foundation of the plague of unemployment of a lot of Nigerian youths. They are "Educated" but lack "Knowledge", while those who have no degree-induced titles or formal education (Engr, barr, surv, Dr, Prof) attached to their names seem to hold the populace to ransom with their knowledge. For instance, if all Mechanics in the country decide to embark on a nationwide 3 months warning strike, you and I know the effect it would have on virtually everyone. These people decide how much you pay them for their services - Because They have the knowledge. On the other hand, lot of Nigerian graduates who did not deem it fit or could not acquire additional relevant knowledge, move about with their C.Vs looking for jobs, begging employers for increment in salary, and so on...

Truth is When you acquire enough relevant knowledge, people seek for you, including employers.

I told myself I wasn't going to be caught up in this rat race. I sought knowledge, I found her and have never let her out of my sight. We row hand-in-hand.

4. When it Comes to Business, Never take things for Granted. This was a mistake I made personally on my first "official" business venture, which I am yet to recover from. I won't go into much details here, but I have learnt to always be very clear about my terms and never take anything for granted when entering a contract or negotiating a deal. Verbal agreement is as good as "No Agreement." Put everything you say into writing, let all parties involved approve of it and append their seal of acceptance on it.

I am tempted to ask all those who have been receipients of the free production pdf manual; what they have been able to achieve with it.

At the inception of this thread my target was to reach unto 1000 nigerians minimum with the free manuals. I believe this target has been met. if not, almost.
Like everything else in life, we need to transition into a higher phase of duty. I know there are those who are not particularly interested in producing their own soaps for commercial purpose nor their own perfumes. However, everyone is interested in making Money.
It is in line with this, I have gone into the field to search out a business (ONE BUSINESS) that Nigerians can engage in and turn into a good source of livelihood as well as start making money immediately.
