I will say the opposite of RED is BLUE.

In occupational health and safety, RED as a colour represents 'prohibition' while blue denotes 'Mandatory action'.

In lay terms, RED means don't do it!
While BLUE means, u must do it.

And bearing in mind tht occupational safety is given a prominent role in d construction industry.
