Sex can be so sweet, filled with so much ecstasy
that the participants will hardly forget that
exact moment especially when it is done for the
first time in their whole entire life. Sex was
made by our creator specifically for married couples. But
sometimes unmarried couples engage in it and
when they do so, many things might go wrong.
But that isn’t out subject topic, i want to discus
on the health benefits of sex.
However, scientists from various parts of the
world have scientifically proved with
experiments that sex is of some benefits to the
human health. Without wasting much time, let us
delve into the subject topic to deal with the
health benefits of sex.

- Relieves One From Stress
Life is so stressful, and stress on its own can be
so harmful to our physical health. One of the
most important among the health benefits of sex
is, stress reduction. A study by researchers
examined 22 men 24 women and who has always
kept records of their sexual activities. Then the
researchers subjected them to stressful
situations like doing verbal arithmetic and other
things. At the end they found out that their
blood pressure response to stress differ. Those
who had sex had responded better to stress than
those who didn’t. However, frequent sex for two
weeks, according to science will encourage cell
growth in the hippocampus (the part of the
brain that controls stress levels).

- Sex Lowers Blood Pressure
“Another study published in Biological Psychology
found that frequent intercourse was associated
with lower diastolic blood pressure (the lower, or
second, number in a blood pressure reading).
This study focused on people living with their sex
partner.

-Sex Boosts Immunity
People who are actively into sex rarely fall sick.
Frequent sex boost our immune system by
increasing the level of our antibody called
immunoglobulin A or Iga, which serves to protect
our body from virus infections and bacterial. It
also increases the body’s natural steroids called
DHEA that keep the body free from diseases
which means sex can decrease your probability of
getting sick with colds and other infections

-Consider Sex As An Exercise
If you don’t know, Sex is a great mode of
exercise according to a sexologist, Patti Britton,
PhD, from Los Angeles .
The benefits of sex as a form of exercise are
many – sex can improve your cardiovascular
fitness, strength, flexibility, and balance, not to
mention your emotional health.

-Sex Burns Calories
About 5 minutes of sex burns 85 calories or
more. Let us do some calculations here, spending
42 mins will burn 3,570 calories. The number of
calories burned during sex is about the same as
the number burned by walking at 2 miles per
hour.

-Sex Slows Down the aging process
On a very serious note, sex also influence the
age. Sex can keep the levels of the hormone,
estrogen in our body high so that it can make
the skin smooth and reduce wrinkles on the skin.
Sex Strengthens Your Well-Being And Increases

-Your Self Esteem
Sex, like any activity that fosters a close and
loving connection to your partner, not only raises
self-esteem, but strengthens your overall sense
of well-being. Studies by scientists have shown
that people with strong social support networks
(which includes lovers) are happier and healthier
and than their less-social people.
Sex triggers Oxytocin(The Love Hormone)
“A study published in the Bulletin of
Experimental Biology and Medicine examined the
response of the ‘love hormone’ oxytocin on pain
perception in an experiment with 48 volunteers.
Study participants inhaled oxytocin vapor and
then had their fingers pricked. Those who had
inhaled oxytocin lowered their pain threshold by
more than half.

-Sex Improves Intimacy
You must have noticed this also. Having sex and
orgasms increases levels of the hormone oxytocin
( love hormone) , which helps us bond with our
partners and build trust with them. The more
sex you have, the higher the oxytocin levels
Oxytocin allows us to feel the need to care and
to bond.

-Sex Reduces Pain
Researchs has it that when the hormone,
Oxytocin surges, endorphins increase, and pain
declines. So if your headache, arthritis pain, or
PMS symptoms seem to improve after sex, you
can thank those higher oxytocin levels.

-Sex Reduces Prostate Cancer Risk
Frequent ejaculations, especially in men from 20
years and above may reduce the risk of prostate
cancer later in life.
A study, conducted by Journal of the American
Medical Association, found that frequent
ejaculations, 21 or more a month, were linked to
lower prostate cancer risk in older men, as well,
compared with less frequent ejaculations of four
to seven monthly.

-Sex Strengthens Pelvic Floor Muscles
During sex, doing some pelvic floor exercises
known as Legal exercise can offer a couple of
benefits. To do a basic Kegel exercise, tighten
the muscles of your pelvic floor, as if you’re
trying to stop the flow of urine for some
minutes before releasing.
For women, doing the basic Kegal exercises will
bring about more flow of ecstasy and pleasure,
and you’ll also strengthen the area and help to
minimize the risk of incontinence later in life.
The strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles
can help prevent prolapse (a slipping out of
position) of the vagina, uterus, and bladder.
Pelvic floor muscles may be weakened later in
life by childbearing, being overweight, and also
aging. Kegel exercises help avoid the
consequences of weakened pelvic floor muscles.

-Sex Helps You Sleep Better
According to research, the oxytocin released
during orgasm also promotes sleep and getting
enough sleep can be of sure benefits such as
maintaining a healthy weight and blood pressure
