https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkTii9CK8P4 I decided to share with you guys how to add a beam of light or a lens flare to your picture using your android phone....here are the steps to take 1) download picsart from the playstore 2)open the application and click on Photo 3)Select the picture you wish 4)scroll the little bar at the bottom to the right and click on the lens flare icon 5)select the lens flare or beam of light you wish to add to your picture and move it to the place you wish to add 7)adjust the brightness or location and then save the picture  visit my youtube channel @www.youtube.com/briantext for the video
