The sensation differs because the baby is creating a vacuum with its mouth on the areola to suckle the milk from the ampulla while in sensual suck the focus is often on the nipple with the target being the sensitive nerve endings there.

okay, when a baby is suckling on the breast, the mouth forms a vacuum on the darken area surrounding the nipppple so the milk can be ejected adequately from the breast while during sensual arousal, the nipppple is the primary to focus to elicit pleasure as it is sensitive to touch. If a baby suckle on the nipppple instead of being positioned properly it will elicit discomfort and pain instead of arousal and pleasure.

Well..I don't agree with you 100pecent. Note: some girls don't complain if you suck them real hard infact some love it that way(am talkinf from experinece) as for babies sucking too hard on the niPpple, well not all babies do that cos have watched some nursing mothers brestfeed and they seem not to worry and I didn't do it either when I was a baby.
