And you don't see those supporting Obama calling these Americans unprintable names, accusing them of every trouble that crawls. You don't even see anyone trying to call them demonic name in a local dialects as if they are trying to hide it open view OR acting as if they love president more. That is both civilization, maturity and democracy.

Listen it doesn't paint you and your country good if you call your number one citizen names it portrays how uncivilized your country is. A president is an icon and a symbol of any country so insult your president then automatically you insulted your country. You hardly sees Obama's critics calling him names because an average American citizen loves his country and will hate anything portraying his country bad in the eyes of the enemies and rivals.
Every government have its own critics and what makes you a good citizen is a constructive and unbias criticism without calling your president Funny and bad names.
Calling the president bad names can never solve anything rather it degrades you internationally rivals will laugh at your own stupidity and that's makes you a fool and uncivilized.
