Nigerians will always complain. No matter what. We have both a cremation center and the only general hospital in the area currently designated as a center for Ebola treatment and Isolation unit

It is worthless to them in the grand scheme of things.
Afterall those centers are likely to be destroyed after the ebola outbreak.
It is like citing a refuse dump.

Ebola is a hoax.

I am not very familiar with Rivers State, but my guess is that Emohua is probably the poorest town in the state where people are less educated and have less money to access health care.

This type of area would be a great site to quarantining anybody that approaches with a slight cough or fever.

Who knows what evil they may be doing in these centres - they use these centres build up people that they would use for experiments, if they die thats ok, they will be recorded as another Ebola death.

Alternatively could be setting up for mass vaccinations using experimental vaccines to test vaccines for anything although they may call it Ebola vaccine.
