This is sad phenomena seems to be returning again in Nigeria, its somethings which for a while seemed to have disappeared with jobs being given to the apparently most qualified candidates rather than tribe. But i am seeing more and more companies exhibit this nepotistic, tribalistic recruitment processes.

A shocking example is Sabre Travel Networks, do you know that in the entire West African region Sabre Travel Networks has only 6 non Yoruba staff working for them? this is a company that has over 500 staff in the West African sub-region.

In Lagos Sabre Travel Networks have over 220 staff of which only 3 are non Yoruba, these are incredible figures.

Well there is also a very popular Online Jobs Company in Nigeria in which also over 85 percent of the staff are all Yoruba.. seriously whats happening?

Any else noticing this strange trend returning?

PS:> this is not a Pro Tribal hate thread, let us just be objective in our comments
