BEVERLY HILLS, August 31, (THEWILL) – The All Progressives Congress (APC) has said Nigerians must hold President Goodluck Jonathan personally responsible if the Ebola Virus Disease spreads more than it has done in the country, after he failed to stop a rally in his support in Port Harcourt on Saturday, despite warning from individuals and groups.

In a statement issued on Sunday in Lagos by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the party said never before has a President of a country sabotaged his own Administration’s policy and endangered the lives of his compatriots as President Jonathan has done over the issue of Ebola.

It said the same President who declared a national emergency on Ebola and advised against large gatherings to prevent the spread of the virus was the first to flout his own advice by his failure to stop the rally by the so-called Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN) in Port Harcourt, a few days after the virus was detected in the city and at a time that contact tracing was going on to find all those who may have had contact with the medical doctor who is a victim of the disease.

That is what the APC is good at,faulting,blaming,abusing,backbiting etc but have not given any reasonable suggestion on how to tackle the problems,what is your plan to make Nigeria better?Nigeria belongs to all of us not jonathan and PDP alone and is our responsibility to make it better.Apc has to stop this their blaming game and start doing things that wil convince us to vote for them.

School resumption postponed to October 13th, reason is, to prevent spread of Ebola, now, the same GEJ is gathering people for campaigning in the same state where Ebola case was discovered. That is hypocritical for him to do that.

Anyway am not surprised because if a 17 year old girl could advise a whole president, it shows naija is in deep poo.

Shey na GEJ get TAN? Wonder if the APC would blame Jonathan for being a Christian if the ebola virus begins to spread among church goers.

I don't agree with you on the advice side cos I personally take advice from pple who am far younger then me,I listern to them expecally if such a one is brillant.If you are too big to take advice then you are in a more serious poo.

The APC jxt feel intimidated and outclassed...thats-all!
