The latest on Joan Rivers condition reveals that she is now in a stable condition and she's resting comfortably in the midst of her family.

It was heard that The 81 year old, Fashion Police host was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital on Thursday, Aug. 28, after suffering complications during a minor throat procedure.

On Sunday, Aug. 31, her daughter Melissa Rivers released a statement to the Associated Press saying,


"We are keeping our fingers crossed."

"My mother would be so touched by the tributes and prayers that we have received from around the world. Her condition remains serious but she is receiving the best treatment and care possible. We ask that you continue to keep her in your thoughts as we pray for her recovery."


On her present condition Melissa said;

"She is resting comfortably and is with our family. We ask that you continue to keep her in your thoughts and prayers."
