Can E-voting finally give Nigeria free and fair Election?

Electronic voting (e-voting) is voting using electronic systems to aid casting and counting votes. Internet voting systems have gained popularity and have been used for government elections in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, United States, Estonia and France among others.
Electronic voting systems offer advantages compared to other voting techniques. With technology that may include optical scan voting system which allows a computer to count a voters mark on a ballot.
The votes which may be transmitted as individual ballots as they are cast are collected by voting machines which tabulates the votes. And results may be transmitted in real time across a network accessible to the public. Where the whole world can watch the polls in real time with the internet connected voting system.
The automated Polling machine can be activated by the voter. And the machine records the votes by means of a ballot display. And processes the data with computer software. The polling machines may be installed in booths or kiosks. And supervised by representatives of the Independent Electoral Authorities at different polling stations.
