SA is impressive but I kind of expected that, as it is amongst the few African countries that white man has allowed to develop, without neo-colonialistic interventions.

In contrast Nigeria with oil wealth and decades of peace has relatively poor infrastructure especially compared with many African states that have emerged from decades of war.
