  Anything Banned on the site are most likely prohibited by The Advert company subscribed to by the Admin under the terms and conditions, anything that does not fall under that unbrella is not allowed becuase it is SCAM prone (even if it is not scam per se) , probably same reason why personal messages is disabled to avoid activities of fraudsters!! , all da best

Primarily, because the people involved in these things have a hbit of spamming the forum.
The other reason is that I don't want people to be scammed under my watch.
