on saturday my elder brother took me out to show me around portharcourt again as it happens that this way my second time being to PH smiley,so on our way back we saw something that really baffled me and i just kept asking myself can human beings be that wicked.
what i saw was some group of morners cry were morning the lost of their own, so in the bid of their display one okada man just rode pass them and suddenly,what i saw next was one of the morners taking a sharp cutlass and beheading the innocent okada man,and they all ranaway(morners).i was surprise and shocked by this horrific thing and i just said to myself that i will not go to PH anymore.

what i want to find out from people living there is this a normal practise in PH

First off, you're pretty silly tio post this in a section reserved for romance. Except for some morbid reason you find beheading to be romantic.
How the hell can beheadings on roads be a normal occurrence in a major city in Nigeria?

@poster
dude dont jump to conclusions,while im not justifying or condoning the act,there must have been underlying reasons for them beheading the man as porthacourt isnot an extension of aro mental hospital or yaba pshycia
