lol that guy can ride bike well! Its not easy to catch him, though i used cleo cheat to speed up my bike to catch him..

if u dnt hve cleo cheat, study the bike guy movement in ur map..ensure u'r wit a weapon then wait for him he will sure pass ur route then hit him massively with ur car, get down and waste him...no need to chase him coz u'l never catch him unless with cheat
