Believe it or not,I can tell you with certainty that the incident was an attack on SCOAN.The foundation of the structure in question could carry up to ten stories.A chemical substance was poured on the building from a fighter jet which flew overhead before the collapse.The bomb squad of the Nigerian Police had aleady taken samples from the scene for laboratory analysis.International investigators have also been invited and are on their way.Details coming soon. |

Two Pennsylvania State Police troopers shot late Friday night, one fatally, were ambushed just outside the police barracks in Blooming Grove, Pennsylvania, Commissioner Frank Noonan told reporters. The shooter or shooters have not been found, he said. "I know a lot of people are wondering if the threat is resolved. It is not," he said. Police don't have a description of the shooters or any information about what the motive was. But Noonan said "this attack seems to be directed particularly at the Pennsylvania State Police." The shooting happened at 10:50 p.m. Friday night at the agency's Blooming Grove barracks. One trooper died in the shooting. Another was wounded, had surgery and is in stable condition, Noonan said. He declined to release the identities of either trooper.
