Witnesses say Quebec City police trying to pull over a bicyclist for going the wrong way down a one-way street ended up hitting him with their car instead, but what allegedly happened next is even worse: People on the street say cops ran the 48-year-old man over again, then pinned him to the ground to finish their arrest as he lay bleeding and dying, the Toronto Sunreports via Gawker.
