Spycam is currently unstable and there is really nothing you can really do. The best solution seem to be using gloflat apn with Glo SIM. Its far more stable than the rest. If you have a router, set your access point as gloflat and try it.
You can also tether your Glo connection through a Wi-Fi adapter to your decoder.

Glo would work well in any modem as long as it has the right settings. Glo must use "gloflat" to be effective.

You have to modify the settings under ethernet config using 3g modem. What model are you using?

You need to modify setting under ethernet config using the right buttons. Try and learn your box. Check the color of the buttons when you get to ethernet config and operator name.
