As as far as westerners 'creating' Ebola to reduce the African population, what a poor choice of a disease. It's barely killed 2500 people in 9 months. Africa has a billion people, and the continent will have grown by 20 million people in that same time frame. Meanwhile, western-backed aid agencies are handing out mosquito nets, delivering malaria drugs, giving vaccinations and all other manner of things to reduce African mortality. So for every death from Ebola, western health practices are saving many lives.
