There are 2 basic kinds of "profitable" blogging based on individual reasons: 1. Corporate Blogging - This method of blogging is geared towards promoting a brand. It could be your promote or service that you are trying to promote or your company's. Your aim here is to build a brand, encourage followers and communicate with the public. This kind of blogging is very well recommended for consultants and business owners. SMEs can use blogging to outsmart competition. 2. Personal blogging - Here, you are advised to blog on something you know quite well or something you are passionate to learn about. You can them use your blog to sell adverts, affiliate products, sponsored posts and so on; and enjoy enormous profits. An example of a personal blog is Bella Naija of Uche Pedro, Linda Ikeji, Omojuwa. These people earn a lot from blogging. Linda Ikeji is reported to earn over N5m every month.
