JOB DUTIES
Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff. Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

REQUIREMENTS

Primarily Manneys & Kirchoffs places high premium on both competence and character amidst innate dominant factors. We hereby expect prospective marketing personnel to possess the following skills; Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management; proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services; problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information, Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. A university degree in marketing or business studies or any other field, years of related experience in education and/or others are added advantage.
