Not necessary,

Mind you the interest rate is not fixed, so the rate differs daily. Yesterday rate was at 16.58%.

How do you check the daily rate?

The interest rate is not fixed, it differs daily.....but u can assumedly use 15% to project what your earning will be like

15÷100/12 * 200000 = monthly

15÷100/2*200000 = 6 months

15÷100 * 200000 = 12 months

For real your profit will be more than the predicted value cos it compound interest.

****my opinion!

You should get,
2,500 for a month
15,000 for 6 month
30,000 for 12 month
By the formula stated above....

Hello Chizyn,

Mutual fund is when you give a bank your money ey to invest for you. it's a better way of saving your money. Mutual fund has different categories and risk level. You can find out more from your bank. But let me talk about the most common (Money market fund), it has daily interest rate which is not fixed. It fluctuates. Presently, Stanbic money market rate is BTW 17-18% of your principal per annum. The minimum amount to start with Stanbic and some other banks is N5000.

To subscribe to Stanbic's Money Market Fund (SIMM), go into the bank with ur means of identification (Intl passport, voters card, etc), utility bill, one passport, and the amount you want to use to subscribe, you will be guided on what to do.
