Such incidents barely happen in Third World nations, where there's disaffection and distrust between the misruled citizens and their corrupt leaders. These guys are really developed. Just look at their mature approach to things. The security operatives were more interested in knowing the motives behind the breaches rather than simply killing the intruders. Development starts in the mentality. I pity Third World nations. |
