Day 1
1. Who was/is the most Tribalised/Detribalised Nigerian

Possible Answers for the most Tribalised

a. Alh. Amadu Bello ( Sarduana of sokoto)
b. Gen. Odumegwu Ojukwu
c. Chief Obafemi Awolowo
Expo/Tips
Alh. Amadu Bello was the most vocal of the first republic leaders. He could easily win this title because his penchant for power was not to better the ills of the masses but to make sure that power does not depart from the northern elites. He was famous for giving jobs that would have been manned by Nigerians of southern extraction (because of inadequate man power in the north) to foreigners. Thus, his famous quote ‘we (the north) must use the willing tools of the middle belt and the conquered territory of the south to ensure that power is kept in the north’.
General Odumegwu Ojukwu was the Biafra warlord who fought and went away in order to fight another day. He was the former military Governor of Kano state. He could easily clinch this award also, but for the fact that his fighting was due to the massive killings of his people that went on unabated in the northern Nigeria prior to the Nigeria/Biafra civil war. His role in the civil war was fuelled partly due to pride and partly for people.
Chief Obafemi Awolowo was the Yoruba leader who played a significant role in the lives of his tribesmen; he was at the forefront of championing free education in the region. He could easily take this title, but for the reason that he did what was best for his fellow Yoruba. He was given the title ‘the best President Nigeria never had’ by even his enemies, though his death was unceremonious. He was famous for popularizing the economic blockade during the civil war, and for the popular two Pounds Exchange for returning Biafrans.

Similarities
They were all the leaders of their respective regions.... And they once had the destinies of their people in their hands.

Possible Answers for the most Detribalised
a. This can be classed under present/past impossibilities

May be Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe.... His own case was that of a man that want to put every body under one roof in order to have a smooth rule over them..
