how do I upload my logo on my WordPress blog ?

It all depend on the theme you are using. If you are using theme frameworks, there will be an option to upload site logo in the theme settings from your WordPress dashboard. But if not theme framework, you have to open the theme's header.php file and change the src attribute of the logo <img> tag to point to your new logo.

free: Gantry
premium: Genesis
just Google it.

most of them do have starter themes. install it as u wud install a normal theme then you can customize it using the themes option.
