I wouldn't care less if he does. But he still has the right not to since its not compulsory. Every public servant has his or her assets declred in the code and conduct bureau, so people can go there and confirm. Even if he declares, he could still lie about it and if you don't have any fact about him you have to believe it. That's my opinion.
And it isn't everyone that expresses his or her opinion in this country that is "sponsored".
