Another day another opportunity for Katie Hopkins to send Twitter into a fit of rage and upset.

After she claimed negligence to be at the heart of Kate and Gerry McCann's grief over missing daughter Madeleine, the potty-mouthed telly personality decided to declare deadly virus ebola an effective means to control population.

Which is really a very stupid thing to say given that Britain just sent 750 troops to Sierra Leone to try and tackle the killer disease .

Taking to Twitter, Katie wrote: "I rather admire the efficiency of Ebola. From a Malthusian and marketing perspective, it is beyond reproach."

Unsurprisingly, many a social media user took offense to nasty knickers Katie and her vile comment.

"Stop talking rubbish!" ordered one. "Shut it you earwax eating. you don't half talk sh**e eh?" fumedanother.

"just when you think she can stoop no lower.................. (sic)" wrote another livid user.

"You need help," despaired another.

Katie Hopkins sparked a new Twitter storm today by asking "how many more must die" before Kate and Gerry McCann accept that "their negligence is at the heart of all their grief" over missing daughter Madeleine.

The TV pundit's tweet followed the death of Twitter troll Brenda Leyland, 63, whose body was found after she was confronted on Sky News for sending vile tweets aimed at the McCanns.

Hopkins was slammed by many Twitter users for her insensitivity to the McCanns, who continue to hunt for clues on what happened to their daughter, who went missing during a family holiday in Portugal in May 2007.
