Pls wats d meaning of ESR....D interview is simple,know ur cv very well nd little about power.

@Remmy7,since u've not gotten IE customer care reps interview invitation and some of ur friends got regret mails,u might be lucky dat u are selected for the interview although they are yet to get to you,ensure to check ur mail and spam boxes regularly.If you feel tensed up,then contact the recruitment team via mail.
