Amaechi is a failure,a drowning man. He wants the people of Rivers state to drown with him. He's been going around towns and villages instigating the Ijaws to hate Jonathan who is our own blood but he has failed woefully. Civil servants have yet to receive their last month pay.

Those pictures are some of the water side that Governor Amaechi wanted to demolish for better structures that started his quarrel with the wife of the President, patience Jonathan. Where PEJ claimed that those water side belong to the Ijaws. Its on record. After Amaechi left those water side, we expected that first lady and her husband to develop those water side with some of their loots. Yet they left the place like that.

Amaechi should start by demolishing his village and Ogbunabali. After all,some of these watersides have better structures than what he has in his hometown.

@ Op, you said loads of failed promises but you have only showed the same creek road area. Yes, the work on creek road has been abandoned for sometime now and most of the roads in borikiri area are in a bad shape. While we criticise Amaechi for neglecting Borokiri in the area of roads, you still can't deny the fact that the governor has done very well on the average.
Someone has posted here over 170 roads worked on by his government. Virtually every community has benefited schools, health centres, roads and bridges. Even the borikiri area got schools and health centre.
Besides his government has employed lots of people and many have gotten scholarships to study in Nigeria and abroad.
There is no denying that he has been distracted of late because of politics and the revenue to the state has dropped significantly. But Amaechi has done much better than most governors.

Thank Goodness, you only mentioned Creek road. Has the man not tried, all the ones he has done you are still abusing him. Like Amaechi said, he didn't promise to solve all the problems of the state. Besides, the federal government has reduced Rivers allocation from 24billion to 12billion. Why not criticise the fg for reducing our allocation,

Ogbunabali people warned him korokoro to carry his so called development elsewhere that they didn't beg him for it. Amaechi couldn't even touch a fence there

That's not true. Allocations to states have reduced, nobody is questioning the fg. Amaechi says it openly and every where, let the minister of finance openly deny, not the hearsay about bank deductions being peddled by propagandists

Are you living in PortHarcourt? If yes, then go and ask any government worker you know about the reason why they've not been paid salary since August.

So sad that criminals like Amechi control the fate of other Nigerians.
Rivers state budget is bigger than Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia and a host of African countries entire national budget! These countries have to contend with big population, a national army, police, Air Force and embassies around the world!

Yet these countries capital cities and other cities are better than only port harcourt that we are begging Amaechi to fix!

its ppl like you that see amaechi as a failure but embraces JEG. If Rivers state budget is bigger than that of Tanzania and other countries you mentioned then what would you say of Nigeria's budget which is under JEG's supervision.
Amaechi is on a class of its own wen it comes to development.
The said rd you guys are talking abt was abandon bcus of Patience thugs who are bent on distracting Amaechi progress. This thugs on daily bases comes around to harass contractors working d rd for matching ground.
Amaechi being a wise man who doesn't ve their support because of Madam PEG decided to abandon the road and take the scarce resources to wall Dline where he will be appreciated.
