beer among other alcoholic

better for your kidneys. In fact, each bottle of beer you
drink reduces the risk of developing kidney stones by
40%.

beer, contains up to one gram of soluble fibre* in each
30 cl glass - unlike wine, which doesn’t contain any fibre

Why will you take beer for improved memory and to avoid heart diseases when u have ur omega 3s?
Why will u take beer for better digestion when you have roughages?
Why will u take beer when there is a high probability that u will bcom addicted to it?
They are all lot of dangers of excessive alcohol drinking e.g cirrhosis...Taking a little might be gud.But u may not know when u will graduate..Prevention is beta than cure....#Saynotoalcohol
