Presidency Orders Ekiti Courts Shut by Virgindove(f): 8:01pm On Oct 10, 2014
The ordering of security agencies to ensure all courts in Ekiti state remain shut is very repressive and an abuse of our collective right to justice. Fasoye should be allowed to answer for any atrocity he might have commited before being sworn in to office where he will enjoy immunity from prosecution. If this is not done now, we are only inviting anarchy. The recent development at Adamawa where presidency bankrolled the impeachment of a sitting Governor, waste public funds and gave room for monumental looting of state treasury by ousted acting governor, should be a lesson. We should not allow our judiciary to be handicapped like EFFC and ICPC. May God bless Nigeria.
