A gang of armed robbers reportedly killed the daughter of one-time president of the Nigeria Football Association (NFA), Brig. Gen. Dominic Oneya (Rtd) in Delta state on Friday. The mother of four whose name was given as Franca had on Friday gone to the bank to cash a cheque of N250, 000 given her by father but on her way home she was attacked and killed by yet to be identified armed hoodlums after dispossessing her of the money. The daughter of the former Kano and Plateau states military administrator, it was reliably learnt to have been trailed from the banking hall after she cashed the money. Eyewitness accounts stated that the incident that took place about 10:30am saw people scampering for safety.
