Guyz, i ve being in ICT arena for over 4 yrs now, but ve not met with this kind of problem b4. right now am in my village far away from lagos where i base only for my elder brother to bring a laptop sent to him by our uncle in Italy which everything in it is in Italian. i ve tried all my best to change it but i cant due to d fact that i dont understand Italian.
I even tried formatting and reloading it but every effort seems abortive. pls help me out
cos my brother wouldnt let me go without fixing this problem.

if u reformat the system, definitely it must go, but the only problem u will face after is sound problem,which u can equally download in the net,if u know the make of the laptop. for more details call 08034117454
