The psalmist described God’s way as perfect or blameless.

“As for God, His way is blameless; the word of the LORD is tried; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.”

The way of God is revealed through the word of God. The word itself is tried and trustworthy; very useful and profitable for those who keep it.

When you put yourself under the authority of the word, you are practically taking refuge in God who shields those who hide themselves in him.

The word is the principal thing. When embraced, the goodness of God surrounds like a garment. The word ensures salvation and direction to those submit themselves under its authority.

Seeing that the way of God is good, we need to align ourselves with it.
