Most Nigerians, Africans believe they are billed to consult a certified physician only when they are sick or at least; one or two strange symptoms surfaces.
Regular medical check up routine at reasonable intervals bounds to proffer preventive measures which are usually less severe compared to the corrective ones. It also provides with a medical history which can be basis of future treatments.
Many sudden deaths and ailments discovered at critical points can be forestalled with a routine medical check up
