Thanks ArtanK, @JiggamanGH, this song is from Niger it's an all women song, one musician though (Coumba Gawlo) which is a Fulani name, but I think she is a Tukulor (which is classified as a sub-group) is from Senegal. But all other musicians are from Rep. of Niger, there are better songs from Niger out there, but tell me what you think of this song:

Very nice song, and I like the fact that they didn't use autotune.

Now you know the reason why I can't stand Nigerian music both North and South. Wannabe Indian Bollywood sounding nonsense. I hate autotune too.

Nice! I had no idea it was Fulani music. It has such a relaxing quality. What does Foura tooro mean?

It's in Senegal's Fulani dialect which is different from Nigeria's but I still can understand them. Fouta Tooro just means like the region of Tooro or the Valley of Tooro. There are two Foutas, Fouta Tooro and Fouta Djallon.

I think the reason why Senegalese music is better than Nigerian music is because you guys stick to your roots, in Nigeria we just try to copycat Western music and we also use auto-tune a lot.

This song is fantastic:

Thank you I love it. I think everyone in Senegal speaks Wolof lolll even the Fulani/Tukulor and the Serer. Everyone is Wolofnized there. It's better to be Wolofnized than Francophonized in my opinion.

Yes almost everyone, people speak it because they have to. It would be very difficult to communicate in cities here if you do not speak Wolof.

Yah, I see that. I think Wolof is a very beautiful language though.
