Ensure the servicing of existing accounts, obtainimg orders, and establishing new accounts bymaking sure that Pharmaceutical Sales Reps plan and organize their daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

i feel they are suppose to give at least 3 days or a week for the person to sort out themselves before resuming.

And August is coming to an end already. since companies pays by the end/beginning of every month, how will they do in this case for me..

Note: i asked for a specific amount of money and they said couldn't pay, gave me their amount which i refused. they told me they'll review my case and get back to me. i called them three days later and they told me they gave the offer to someone else.. (i felt bad, but cheered up)

Now, calling me at night to tell me to resume morning the next day for that same job he earlier told me has been occupied with their own amount is confusing to me..
