I've tried running to class in high heels and trust me, that is the most excruciating pain a woman can feel, apart from labor

dont try us oh! if there is a price attach we do it . poeple can dance for days let alone run on heels. let us know on time so we start practising

hell no, still cherish my front teeths!

I walk fine with heels and i have occasionally had to run in them too. . . i'll only run on paved surfaces tho, twisted my ankle when i had to run on an unpaved road
