Why Do Some Nigerians Get Annoyed When Asked 'are You Up From Sleep' by Tobetoe(m): 3:30am On Oct 23, 2014 |
Somethings are better said in parables, there is a physical and spirit reasons for that.... Its always our culture to communicate in morninq, and one of such phrases used is 'are you up from sleep'.. I have found out that many of us tend to act funny when asked that, its never an annoyinq question, and also there is a reason why its beinq asked, i think that 'question' has a substitute buh its rarely used. BOY: good morninq mom. MOM: morninq son, are you up from sleep/hope you slept well. BOY: yes mom.............. Why do some people hate that question' are u up frm sleep'. Good morninq nairalanders..... Lets hear ur veiws |
