Nigeria -- Per capita $2,760

Another "feel good" thread? Well the fact that Lagos population is mind blowing and it's the economic hub that serves over 170 million people is enough reason for it to do better.

Jo'burg with its relatively smaller population beats Lagos...so does other major cities.
