thanks for this op. most times, even a simple rest would resolve the aches, but most people prefare to pop the pill. I don't even recommend it for children when treating malaria. I'd rather tepid sponge and expose, instead of using anti pyretics to mask the symptoms 2 Likes |

It is the abuse of Paracetamol and other Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory drugs that is behind the epidemic of CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASES in Nigeria today. The people are so ignorant that they abuse this type of cheap drugs without considering the dangers to the metabolic system. |

This treatise is very correct. Nigerians abuse drugs like kilode, even the enlightened ones. I implore everybody including myself to seek medical advise before embarking on a suicidal attempt to self-medicate. God bless Nigeria. 1 Like |

Not only does it affect the liver, too many painkillers pose a threat to the health of the kidneys. I'm sure, the rise in kidney-related deaths maybe linked to abuse of painkillers (and some other drugs). Take care of your health. Stay alive! We need you! 1 Like |
