its almost a year since bank phb public offer,they allocated some shares depending on percentage and i have not set my eyes on returned money certificates.when dangote sold,he allocated some shares and sent monies back to people that couldnt get all.
I have heard rumours of bankphb being led by 419ers and i think this is just the conclusion.please what can we do to get our money back or shares allocated.

Sexybabes their registrar is first registrar. i heard that they will be giving supplementary allocation just like japaul meaning they will give u more shares instead of returned money.
