As a matter of fact, vegetable oil can be dangerous to your health. The fatty acids can block your arteries and not allow blood tod flow properly and that can lead to stroke. Even bread can be dangerous to your health too. We all pray for effective and efficient organs to separate the nutrients from the poison we eat everyday.

Back to the topic, smoking might not be a sin but may harm your health. It is actually a sin to your own body but your are over working your organs at an unusually way, same as alcohol. On the other hand, it may be good to work your organs so that they do not become so lazy. But as they say, too much of everything is bad.
