After visiting customer care at my bank where we were given a very logical and clear explanation... we were told that d statement of account showed the september payment and october payment together cos we received both in d same month... I remembered vividly that we received sept payment on oct 9th and oct payment on oct 26th thus making the statement of acct add up in oct... Thus, I can say that there's no scam anymore ...
