Yes, with chics, more time the ones that grow early into damsels always get washed up quick, while the late bloomers always blossom into damsels from age 20 upwards. I know a lot of chics like that. Also, with most guys, growth is a like a continuous thing - it never stops till age probably 50 or 60. Proper life starts at 30 for us, and a lot of chics must have expired by then.
