Someone in Lagos sent the exact picture of the jet the OP posted to me; saying that it has been hovering around the Ikotun area since morning.

This should be a source of concern to Synagogue and indeed to everybody. Why? According to d report, Synagogue added additional 3 floors to d church main building without government's approval! The church did d same thing to d collapsed building- 4 additional floors added to d initial 2 without approval.
The shockwaves resulting from d plane hovering could trigger collapse of d church's main building! We should be proactive in our approach to issues to prevent accidents rather than being reactive when d damage would hav been done.

I also saw the same airforce plane hovering around egbeda - iyana ipaja axis this morning around 11am today. I don't think it is anything to be scared about as I suspect it is just Flight testing or maybe pilot training. It was even flying at an imperfect directions.
