2015: 1 Year Technical Skills Vocational Training Programme For Nigerian Youths by Appswheel(m): 4:19pm On Nov 04, 2014
The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and the Nigeria Employers' Consultative Association (NECA) in collaboration with the ITF's Industrial Skills Training Center (ISTC), Ikeja wishes to invite suitably qualified young Nigerians for admission into a one-year Vocational Training progreammed in the following areas:

++Autotronics/Auto-Mechanic Works
++Electrical/Electronics Maintenance
++Refrigeration & Air Condition Works
++Instrumentation/Process Control
++Mechanical Maintenance & Machining
++Welding & Fabrication Works

THE PROGRAMME

The programme is entirely non-residential. Candidates will, therefore, be responsible for their transportation and accommodation throughout the duration of the programme.

Successful candidates will enjoy tuition free study, free lunch and token allowance to offset out of pocket expenses.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should be between the ages of 18 and 30 years and must have obtained at least passes in Mathematics and English language at SSCE, NECO and NABTEB Levels.

From could be obtained from Industrial Training Fund, Lagos or can also be downloaded from the ITF Website.

AIM OF PROGRAMME

1. To train and equip the youths with self/employable skills in the vocational areas mentioned above.

2. To promote a public-private sector model in Vocational/Technical Skills training.

METHOD OF APPLICATION


Duly completed application forms should be submitted on or before 14th November 2014 with the following:

1. Photocopy of Credentials

2. Two recent passport photographs
