The term must have been borrowed from the old campaign trick when politicians used to dish out salts and other consumer goods. I did witness a campaign in my ward as far back as 1999, when wheelbarrows full of rice was being served to the local area. It received so much attention.

Now GEJ seems to be taking it a step further, by dishing out 50kg bags of Rice...

Where does this leave us, is the APC going to adopt same model or continue to wave the broom??
