The question is which one of these works for you better? From my little experience, some qns actually requires that u read the passage b4 question or mayb read question b4 the passage to have a better glimpse of it ... Take some practice test question on shl website

My simple advice...maybe late though...go for accuracy before speed...SPEED KILLS!!! When you are accurate the speed will come with time...

If you are too conscious of the time there is a good chance you are likely not to answer correctly...the test was not designed for you to completely finish....but at least complete 85% correctly.

During my time while practicing I cant remember a time when I finished the whole questions within 30 minutes for numerical or verbal. I ensured I understood the solutions and tricks.

But while taking the test I finished up 85%of the questions correctly and @ that point i got like 2 minutes to go...then I did the usual naija tin on the remaining questions...try your luck. The most important thing is I am sure that I should get 80% from the 85% i did well...and maybe 2% "try your luck" random answers.

Thanks a lot for sharing. Hopefully I'll do mine today. Verbal first. I'm seriously having problem with the numerical test. Every time I attempt the practice questions, I get defeated and its killing my morale. I wonder how they want us to answer those kind of questions its so confusing. But anyhow God dey. I pray for success

You just have to keep practicing and understand the numerical even if it takes you the last day to attempt it! You can go thru the questions (during practice) solve each question yourself and check the solution immediately (don't solve the whole questions before checking the solutions). Do this for the a day and make sure you understand the solutions and why it appears so!

The next day you can then solve all the questions yourself again without looking at the solutions till when you are done. Mind you don't be "too" time conscious.

Well stop wondering how they want you guys to answer such questions...pwc wants the best and the brightest...that can keep up with the work challenges in PwC. Whatever can make you defeat those shl questions would make you defeat theoretical work issues...
