goods and services currently recruiting into her Human
resourcing Department to assist the HR in the day -day
activities needed a young articulate Nigerian that is
focus,passionate,God fearing,sales driven to occupy the post
in the industry. Below are the core responsibilities...........
RESPONSIBILITIES - must have an effective learning and
development management system, and a man power
development system. -direct research into the latest concepts
that can increase HRM operating efficiency. - monitor
payroll administration and authorize all data entry into the
payroll system. -establish employee welfare and benefits. -
provide guidance and counseling on HRM issues. -conducts
audits of various payroll,benefit or other HR programs and
recommends any correctives action. -update HR spreadsheet
with employee change requests and processes paperwork. -
assists with processing pf termination. -assists with the
prearation of the performance review -assists with
recruitment and interview processes. -performs other duties
as assigned. QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS : - A
minimum of OND in any related discipline - At least 1-3
years experience - must be a computer literate - must have
the ability to work with little or no supervision. -Managerial
skills -Communication skills -Computer skills -Capital
management skill -Quality control skills. -Interpersonal skills
